Absentee Membership – Code 17

A member has the option to apply to put their membership on hold.  The member must apply to the club requesting leave of absence and the reason.  Once you receive the request you need to complete the form and give it to Dolly for approval.  A member who has their membership on hold cannot charge to their account (as this will be placed on credit hold) or receive member prices for golf.  The maximum term under the life of the membership for leave of absence is 12 months.  If they need longer than this a fee of $500 per year is charged.
